	Lisa Mordan Manager Lisa has been at The Mark Cross from the beginning as Manager. She has a passion for good food, wine and service! She came from the Marriott International and has a keen interest in playing golf and travelling. She is a cat lover with two of her own "Sydney & Perth" who are a big part of the family at Mark Cross.

	Natalie Freeman Trainee Assistant Manager Natalie has been with us since the beginning as one of our floor staff. She very quickly proved her weight in gold. Along with being one of our many stars here at The Mark Cross she takes her A 'Levels in June 2007 and then hopes to travel.
	Samara Hardie Sam has also been at The Mark Cross since the beginning as Assistant Manager. She came to the UK from Perth, Australia in May 2003 and has since married a Pom and given birth to the beautiful Alfie in December 2006. Sam enjoys going out and travelling but since Alfie came along her priorities have changed.
	Ashley Baldwin Ashley joined us too at the beginning, she started in the position of Trainee Assistant Manager and was soon promoted to Assistant Manager. Ash enjoys shopping and loves seeing her family who live close by. She is the better half of our Head Chef Dan.

	Daniel Clamp Dan has been at The Mark Cross since the beginning. He started as Sous Chef and has since become the Head Chef. He has a great passion for food and loves a sneaky Jack Daniels after work. His interests are Ashley (obviously!), playing on his play station and watching DVDs, especially anything to do with the Simpsons - he's a huge fan!
	Steve Marsh Steve joined us in August 2006 as a Commis Chef and is fast progressing... watch out Dan!! Since starting at The Mark Cross he has come out of his shell and become a little party animal. Was involved in a serious RTA in May 2007, but is making a remarkable recovery and will be back with us very soon.
	Chris Atwood A new addition to the team having joined us in April 07 as Junior Sous. He has a keen interest in Computers and a degree in hospitality management. In the past he has travelled Australia and qualified as an Open Water Diver in Cairns.
	Wilfried
	John Marsh Handy man extraordinaire. He has been at The Mark Cross since the beginning and is always on hand to mend and repair all and sundry. He loves Grenada aspiring for a holiday home there one day! His interests are his family, gardening and has a keen interest in Home Brew.
	Micky Spencer Micky is responsible for the sparkle around the pub, not only through the cleanliness but also his personality. The joker of the pack. he has a keen interest in eating out and is always reporting back with new finds keeping Lisa and Dan on their toes.
